International US IT Recruiter

About the role

An experienced International Recruiter is sought to handle the US staffing market at the Lahore office. The role manages requirements end-to-end in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment, sourcing qualified candidates quickly, dealing professionally with clients and vendors and closing open positions. It is full-time and on-site, with working hours from 5 PM to 2 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for US-based job openings across diverse industries
• Source and submit candidates quickly, especially for urgent positions
• Handle end-to-end screening, technical and behavioral interviews, follow-ups and submissions
• Communicate professionally with US clients, vendors and staffing partners
• Manage requirements from intake through to successful placement
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and follow up promptly and transparently
• Prioritize multiple open positions and urgent client demands

Required profile

• 2+ years of dedicated US recruitment experience preferred
• Proven ability to find and qualify top candidates within hours for urgent requirements
• Strong English, verbal and written, suited to North American clients
• Results-driven, proactive, able to work under pressure
• Track record of driving positions to quick and successful closure

Required skills

• Understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes, benchmarks and practices
• Experience with C2C, B2B, W2, 1099, contract and direct hire positions
• Working knowledge of US visa categories and work authorization (H-1B, OPT/CPT, EAD, Green Card, US citizen)
• Sourcing and screening, Boolean search strings, rate negotiation
