Human Resources Manager

About the role

SRC (Pvt) Ltd, a specialty chemical manufacturer with over 60 years of experience and part of the Siddiq Shafi Group, is hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager in Johar Town. The manager oversees end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection, onboarding and employee lifecycle management
• Develop and implement HR policies and support performance management processes
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues and promote an inclusive work culture
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage payroll and benefits coordination with finance, and prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage
• Relevant experience in HR management within manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills, with discretion over confidential information
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
