Human Resources Manager

About the role

Asraderm.Official, a premium skincare, haircare and health supplement brand, is hiring a Human Resources Manager for its Lahore on-site team. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and supports leaders with workforce planning and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding for the Lahore team
• Design and implement HR policies, maintain HR records and manage payroll and benefits coordination
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
• Support leaders with workforce planning, employee relations and conflict resolution
• Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Organize training and development initiatives and conduct periodic HR audits
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to align with company goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage
• Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, preferably in retail, beauty or healthcare
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and handle sensitive information with discretion
