Junior Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer

About the role

ARC9 Studio is looking for a creative Junior Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer to join its Lahore team. The role combines social media management with graphic design, allowing you to produce visual content and support digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Design high‑quality posts, stories, carousels, banners and other marketing assets.
• Create basic video edits and short‑form Reels/TikTok content.
• Schedule and publish content according to the editorial calendar.
• Write engaging captions and coordinate approvals with the team.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement, escalating inquiries when needed.
• Assist in brainstorming content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Stay updated on social media trends, design styles and platform updates.
• Organise design files and keep an efficient content library.
• Support senior marketers with day‑to‑day creative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media management or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Strong communication, time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
