Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Calling, Email & LinkedIn)

About the role

EvolveDash is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage target companies in the US and Canada. You will use multiple outbound channels to start conversations that turn into qualified sales meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Research US and Canadian companies that match the ideal customer profile and verify decision‑maker contacts.
• Run outbound campaigns across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, freelance platforms, online communities and referrals.
• Make high‑volume cold calls, handle objections and book discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Write and execute personalized cold‑email and LinkedIn sequences with consistent follow‑ups.
• Qualify leads on need, budget, timeline and authority before handoff to sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track weekly metrics such as prospects researched, conversations started, qualified leads and meetings booked.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of B2B lead generation, sales development or appointment‑setting experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily communication with North‑American executives.
• Resilient, detail‑oriented and able to persist after initial rejections.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with cold‑email tools such as Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist.
• Comfortable using CRMs, Google Sheets and Excel for data management.
