About the role
Decode Digital is urgently hiring confident and motivated cold callers to contact US‑based businesses, introduce digital marketing services, generate leads and bring new clients to the company.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US‑based businesses.
- Pitch website development, SEO and digital marketing services.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Handle objections, follow up with prospects and book appointments.
- Maintain lead records and meet daily calling and lead‑generation targets.
Required profile
- Good spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confidence when speaking with US business owners.
- Willingness to make cold calls and handle rejection.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Basic computer skills, punctuality, reliability and a professional attitude.
