Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

A7 Real Estates is looking for a Telesales Executive to support its real estate sales from an office in Lahore. The role centres on calling prospective buyers, sellers and property investors, understanding their property needs and arranging qualified follow-ups with the sales team. It suits a persuasive, organised communicator who can build rapport by phone and work steadily toward measurable sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers and property investors using provided lead information.
• Introduce available properties and services, ask discovery questions and qualify prospects by their requirements and readiness.
• Arrange appointments, property consultations and follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Answer routine inquiries clearly and route complex property or pricing questions to the right colleague.
• Maintain records of calls, lead status, customer preferences and next steps in the tracking system.
• Follow up with leads promptly and professionally, and coordinate with sales colleagues to share prospect updates.
• Give feedback on common customer questions and lead responses to help improve calling approaches.

Required profile

• Confident, professional telephone communication, including clear spoken Urdu; working English is beneficial.
• Ability to build rapport, ask focused questions, identify customer needs and qualify leads.
• Persuasive, customer-oriented approach to presenting property options and arranging next steps.
• Strong listening skills and calm handling of objections and routine inquiries.
• Consistent follow-up, time management and ability to prioritise a pipeline of prospects.
• Interest in real estate and willingness to learn local property offerings and sales processes.

Required skills

• Accurate data entry and record keeping using spreadsheets, CRM tools or similar systems.
• Comfortable working toward call activity and appointment-setting targets.

What we offer

• Monthly pay of PKR 35,000 to 70,000.
• Incentive bonus.
