Nutrition Specialist – Infant Nutrition (Rawalpindi)

About the role

As a Nutrition Specialist focusing on infant nutrition for Nestlé in Rawalpindi, you will act as a trusted scientific partner for healthcare professionals. You will provide accurate, evidence‑based information on Nestlé’s infant and maternal nutrition solutions while ensuring strict compliance with the WHO Code and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain value‑driven relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals through scheduled engagements.
• Deliver scientific detailing on infant nutrition products, highlighting features, benefits and appropriate usage in line with compliance guidelines.
• Execute territory plans to achieve optimal coverage, engagement frequency and impact.
• Organise and present group scientific sessions, speaker meetings and round‑table discussions.
• Support Nestlé’s participation in medical conferences and professional forums.
• Record all HCP interactions accurately in CRM systems and monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and prescribing trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication objectives and ensure proper handling of company assets.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in nutrition, pharmaceutical detailing or a related scientific field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence healthcare professionals.
• Track record of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience organising scientific or medical activities.
• Strong communication, planning and execution capabilities.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and accountable mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and reporting.
