Outbound Sales & Enrollment Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced outbound sales professional to engage U.S.-based consumers from Lahore on a night‑shift schedule. The role focuses on converting leads into enrollments while delivering a professional, American‑style phone experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned U.S. consumer leads and introduce the client’s services.
• Identify customer interest, budget, timing, and enrollment barriers through questioning and active listening.
• Explain program details, pricing, billing terms, offers, and the enrollment process using approved information.
• Handle objections related to price, trust, convenience, and timing, applying effective sales and closing techniques.
• Guide interested customers through registration, enrollment, and coordinate handoffs when needed.
• Manage leads, callbacks, follow‑ups, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a natural American‑style phone delivery.
• Minimum 1–2 years of outbound phone sales experience with U.S. consumers, meeting sales targets.
• Strong discovery, objection‑handling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Dependable availability for night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. campaign times.
• Professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness to coaching.
