Product Manager – Retail Deposits (Retail Liabilities)

About the role

The Product Manager – Retail Deposits will support the Head of Product in executing the Retail Liabilities strategy, driving growth of current accounts, savings accounts and term deposits. This full‑time remote position focuses on product strategy, portfolio performance and customer value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement product enhancements, pricing strategies and digital‑first value propositions.
• Lead strategic initiatives, product launches, digitisation programmes and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, finance, compliance and marketing teams to ensure effective execution.
• Leverage data and customer insights for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and risk management requirements.
• Contribute to balance‑sheet, funding, revenue and customer growth targets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret portfolio data and market developments.
• Experience in managing retail deposit products or similar banking products.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and deliver results.
• Sound judgment in risk identification and escalation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
