Recruitment Intern

About the role

The Recruitment Intern will support DevBazar's recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. This full‑time, on‑site role offers hands‑on exposure to modern hiring practices in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen applications across multiple departments.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Assist with job postings and communicate with applicants.
• Organise interview schedules and support interview logistics.
• Contribute to onboarding activities for new hires.
• Help prepare recruitment reports and metrics.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition and recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfort with digital tools such as ATS, spreadsheets, and video‑conferencing platforms.
• Collaborative mindset, confidentiality, and inclusive professional approach.
