Sales and Customer Service Agent – Airline Ticket Sales

About the role

Fly Jinnah is looking for a motivated Sales and Customer Service Agent to work in its sales shop. The role combines ticket and travel product sales with front‑line customer support, ensuring a smooth experience for every passenger.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell airline tickets, holiday packages, visas, insurance, car rentals and other ancillary services.
• Process reservations, bookings and modifications for walk‑in and phone customers, issuing tickets through the internal system.
• Apply cross‑selling techniques to meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via visits, calls and emails, maintaining a positive brand image.
• Coordinate with airport and visa teams on check‑in procedures, flight changes, and visa applications.
• Participate in outdoor promotions, sales blitzes and other marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in travel, airline or tourism; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong command of English and good communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work long hours under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
