Sales Engineer (Generator Division)

About the role

The Sales Engineer will drive sales of generator solutions across corporate, commercial and industrial segments. The role combines technical expertise with client‑facing activities to propose suitable generator systems and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for generator solutions through market outreach, client meetings and industry networking.
• Conduct site visits to assess client power requirements and recommend appropriate generator systems.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and cost estimates aligned with project specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and emerging technologies in power solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and customer records.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Up to 3 years of experience in technical sales of generators, power solutions or related equipment, preferably serving corporate, commercial and industrial clients.

Required skills

• Strong technical understanding of generator systems and power solutions.
• Ability to perform load calculations and interpret technical specifications.
• Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and quotations.
