Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition to strengthen our recruitment efforts. In this position you will source, assess and engage high‑quality candidates across multiple functions, helping to build a diverse talent pipeline that aligns with our culture and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical competencies, soft skills and cultural fit.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across social media, job boards and networking events to attract both active and passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, craft job descriptions and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate interview logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain ongoing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by attracting a broad candidate pool.
• Track candidate interactions in the ATS and analyse recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events, promoting our employer brand.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and recruitment insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, including executive and specialized roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and excellent English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
