Strategic Project Lead - PCB & AI Platforms (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Lead to drive end‑to‑end hardware development for PCB and AI platforms. This remote, full‑time position will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality prototypes and production‑ready designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for PCB and embedded system designs, aligning with business goals.
• Lead collaboration between hardware engineers, firmware developers, and third‑party vendors.
• Manage PCB layout reviews, signal‑integrity analysis, and component selection.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, risk mitigation strategies, and quality assurance processes.
• Present technical and business updates to senior leadership and secure resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of PCB design and embedded systems experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage complex hardware projects from concept to production.

Required skills

• PCB design tools: Altium Designer, KiCad, Cadence Allegro.
• Embedded firmware development in C/C++ and debugging with JTAG or logic analyzers.
• Knowledge of IPC‑2221, IPC‑A‑610, UL certification processes.
• Expertise in signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management.
• Version control (Git) and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira).
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and supply‑chain coordination.
