About the role

We are hiring a Support Engineer for a client that operates a high‑traffic cloud‑based platform. The position is full‑time and fully remote, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues submitted via chat and email while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve user‑reported technical issues through chat and email promptly.
Document solutions and update knowledge‑base articles for internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track complex issues to resolution.
Provide clear, concise guidance on platform features and best practices.
Monitor platform‑related inquiries in real time to minimize user downtime.

Required profile

Experience providing technical support in a SaaS or cloud‑based environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools for issue tracking.
Ability to troubleshoot across multiple operating systems and platforms.
