Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative works full‑time on‑site in Lahore, making outbound calls to prospects and existing customers, presenting products and services, and converting leads into sales while meeting daily and monthly targets. The role also handles inbound inquiries, provides accurate information, and resolves basic issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, following scripts and guidelines.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve basic issues.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members, share feedback, and participate in regular training sessions.
• Adapt to campaign changes and support special sales initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu, with clear spoken language and active listening.
• Customer‑service mindset with empathy, issue‑resolution ability, and professional tone.
• Sales orientation, capable of lead conversion, persuasive selling, and meeting defined targets.
• Openness to coaching, ability to apply feedback, and willingness to engage in ongoing skill development.
• Minimum education at intermediate level; higher education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
