Umrah Sales Agent – US Market (Night Shift)

About the role

Alhuda Tours is a US‑based travel company dedicated to facilitating memorable Umrah journeys. We are expanding our dynamic team in Lahore, Pakistan, and are seeking highly motivated Umrah consultants to serve clients in the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective travelers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Consult with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Umrah packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by presenting package features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Provide after‑sales support, including documentation assistance, travel preparation, and pre‑departure guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for pilgrims and maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, and bookings.
• Work night shifts to align with US time zones.

Required profile

• 1.5–2 years of sales experience as an Umrah consultant for the US market, or fresh graduates with excellent communication skills.
• Based in Lahore with strong spoken and written English.
• Proven sales, persuasion, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to handle leads professionally, follow up consistently, and meet performance targets.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
