Accounts Executive – Walk-In Interviews

About the role

United Transport Service is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage billing, payment reconciliation, recovery and financial reporting. Walk-in interviews are open on 28 October 2026 between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM; the starting salary is 60K, depending on experience. The office is at Kashif Plaza, 1st floor, G-8 Markaz, Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage client invoices and billing records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and recover them from clients.
• Reconcile payments, bank statements and customer/vendor accounts.
• Prepare account statements, ledgers and outstanding balance reports.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments and financial transactions, and verify invoices, receipts, deductions and adjustments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare monthly billing, recovery and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments on billing and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and support month-end closing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in accounts, billing, recovery and reconciliation is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.
