Senior Manager - IT Audit & Risk Assurance

About the role

A.F. Ferguson & Co., a member firm of the PwC network and one of the leading professional services firms in Pakistan, is hiring a Senior Manager (with potential path to Director) for its IT Audit and Risk Assurance practice in the Karachi division. This is a full-time on-site role focused on leading IT audits, assessing IT systems and processes, performing risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT audits and risk assessments, including developing audit strategies and conducting audits
• Assess and assure IT systems and processes, and perform risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements
• Manage a team of 40+ audit professionals
• Handle client interactions and continuously monitor IT controls and risks

Required profile

• Experience leading and managing IT audits and risk assessments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM or CISSP are a plus
• Relevant experience in professional services or consulting is preferred
