Accounts & Finance Manager (UK Tax & Payroll)

About the role

We are a well‑reputed UK service‑sector company seeking an Accounts & Finance Manager to handle UK tax and payroll matters, oversee junior accounting staff, and prepare financial accounts and tax returns for sister companies and directors. The role is based in Lahore with UK‑standard working hours and offers full training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight to a junior accountant handling payroll and taxation for UAE operations.
• Prepare and file financial accounts and tax returns for sister companies.
• Prepare personal tax returns for company directors.
• Manage UK tax and payroll processes using QuickBooks and Sage Line 50.
• Maintain accurate records in MS Office and ensure compliance with UK tax regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience with UK tax and payroll systems.
• Full or part ACCA qualification.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of problems.
• Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to the Lahore office.

Required skills

• UK tax and payroll expertise.
• ACCA qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Experience with Sage Line 50.
