Administration Intern

About the role

We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce company that specialises in print‑on‑demand products. As an Administration Intern you will act as the custodian of our internal data and systems, keeping partner records, cloud files and corporate reminders well organised. The role is fully remote, so you will work across time zones with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain account credentials and related documentation.
• Organise cloud storage, enforce naming conventions and manage file version control.
• Build and maintain tracking spreadsheets, simple databases and reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Document workflows, checklists and standard operating procedures for internal use.
• Coordinate with distributed team members via digital channels, preparing written updates and reminders.
• Handle sensitive information responsibly, following access‑control and security guidelines.
• Identify and implement small improvements to digital workflows and organisation.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Operations Management, IT or related programme.
• Self‑motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Highly organised with strong data, spreadsheet and file‑management abilities.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and cloud‑based productivity tools.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluent written and spoken English, comfortable collaborating with global teams.
