Admissions & Timetabling Officer

About the role

A UK-based higher education institution, London School of Science & Technology (UK), is hiring two Admissions & Timetabling Officers for its Islamabad Support & Liaison Office. The role combines admissions administration, student records management and academic timetabling, including application processing, enrolment, class scheduling, student allocation and coordination with academic teams and UK-based stakeholders. It is a full-time position on site in Islamabad, working between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage admissions enquiries, applications, document verification and applicant follow-ups.
• Maintain student records using SMS/SITS and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare academic timetables, class schedules, intake structures and classroom allocations.
• Coordinate student progression, module allocation, induction and class assignments.
• Liaise with Admissions, Exams & Registry, academic departments and UK-based teams.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and schedules, and resolve timetable conflicts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in admissions, academic administration, timetabling, registry, student services or higher education.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with SMS/SITS, student information systems, academic scheduling or UK higher education is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
• Organizational skills.
