Admissions & Engagement Officer

About the role

Synorix is hiring an Admissions & Engagement Officer for the Forces School System's Premium Campus in G-13, Islamabad. The role manages admissions, communicates with parents and prospective families, follows up with them, and supports the campus's digital presence. Fresh candidates are welcome and an academic or teaching background is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Convert admission enquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Manage digital leads, respond to enquiries and follow up promptly.
• Maintain basic administrative records and support daily campus operations.
• Create simple reels and short-form videos showing classroom activities and campus life.
• Manage a dedicated social media page for posting raw classroom activity videos.
• Communicate confidently with parents and prospective families.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking over the phone and interacting with parents.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Reel creation.
