After Sales Service Specialist – Electric Bikes

About the role

We are looking for an After Sales Service Specialist to join our Lahore team, supporting customers of our eco‑friendly electric bikes. The role focuses on post‑purchase assistance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming service inquiries and diagnose technical problems with electric bikes.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement with internal teams and external partners.
• Track service requests using CRM and service‑tracking software, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive improvements in after‑sales processes.
• Monitor service workflow efficiency and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of electric vehicles and their maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Organisational skills to manage service schedules and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Studies or related field is a plus.
