AI Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on AI Automation Engineer to design, build and deploy intelligent business systems that blend automation, large‑language models and modern digital tools. The role works across internal teams and client projects to eliminate manual work, boost operational efficiency and deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch AI‑powered workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier and similar tools.
• Create AI agents that automate customer service, sales, reporting and internal processes.
• Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Anthropic) into business applications and workflows.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using company documents, knowledge bases and structured data.
• Connect CRMs, ERPs, databases and communication platforms via APIs, webhooks and OAuth.
• Build AI‑driven assistants, chat‑bots and internal copilots for business users.
• Automate reporting, monitoring and business‑intelligence pipelines.
• Conduct workflow discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams and deployment guides.
• Test, troubleshoot, optimise and maintain automation systems for reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience building workflow automation, integrations or digital business systems.
• Hands‑on experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier or comparable platforms.
• Proven track record of creating AI‑powered workflows with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar models.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration and agent‑based systems.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth authentication and third‑party integrations.
• Ability to connect and automate tools such as Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with structured and unstructured data handling.
• Basic programming skills in JavaScript, Python or TypeScript.
