About the role

Aiden is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable automation solutions that streamline complex business processes. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build reliable workflows, integrate third‑party services, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python automation solutions.
• Build and optimise automation workflows for business and operational processes.
• Create reusable Python libraries and automation utilities.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, databases, and third‑party platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation and testing frameworks using modern tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise automation pipelines for reliability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented Python code following best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–6+ years of professional experience in Python development and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience working with REST APIs and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Proficiency with Git and modern version‑control workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with browser automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Familiarity with Python libraries including Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience writing automated tests using pytest or unittest.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
