AI Conversational Designer

About the role

ibex is looking for a talented AI Conversational Designer to craft engaging, user‑centric dialogue experiences for chatbots, virtual assistants and other AI‑powered platforms. You will work in an agile, cross‑functional environment to shape how users interact with intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end conversation flows, prompts and interaction strategies that drive engagement.
• Map user journeys, model intents and create dialogue scripts that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, AI and Engineering teams to iterate on designs and ensure technical feasibility.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve conversational experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Computer Science, HCI, Linguistics, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in conversational design, UX writing, content design or AI‑driven product development.
• Proven experience designing chatbots, virtual assistants or customer‑support conversational interfaces.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and experience working in agile teams.
