Hamdard Pakistan is seeking a diligent Airport Sales Officer to manage its retail outlet at the airport in Karachi. The role focuses on daily sales operations, cash handling, stock availability, and delivering knowledgeable service to travelers interested in herbal products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities to meet company targets.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow financial procedures.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid stockouts.
• Provide customers with information on herbal product benefits and uses.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and inventory reports.
• Keep the sales area organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate with the supply‑chain team for timely replenishment.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support promotional and marketing initiatives at the airport location.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant sales or retail experience.
• Educational background in BEMS or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced airport environment.
