About the role

Decolure, a fast‑growing e‑commerce company, is looking for an Amazon Logistics & Supply Chain Lead to build and optimise a data‑driven logistics operation. This remote, full‑time position will focus on improving supply‑chain efficiency, reducing costly Amazon storage fees, and delivering measurable financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own days‑of‑supply targets, safety‑stock methodology, and forecasting processes across all SKU tiers.
• Maintain hero SKUs (60‑80% of revenue) within optimal supply windows.
• Develop cross‑functional demand forecasts that incorporate PPC spend, promotional calendars, seasonal trends, and channel‑specific data.
• Optimize sell‑through rates and inventory turnover for the entire product portfolio.
• Negotiate with suppliers, benchmark freight costs, and formalise 3PL and FBA strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply‑chain management or logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
