About the role
HyperSoft Tech is looking for an experienced Apps Growth Manager to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, focused on running impactful campaigns and optimizing performance for app growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage app growth, user acquisition, retention and revenue optimization
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Analyze app performance using Google Analytics
- Monitor key metrics such as LTV and revenue
- Improve app monetization through AdMob, Meta and in-app purchases
- Prepare performance reports and give data-driven recommendations
- Ensure data-driven decisions across all growth and marketing activities
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in app growth, performance marketing or app monetization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven
Required skills
- Mobile app analytics, especially Google Analytics
- Google Ads and AdMob
