Marketing Manager

About the role

Shamim Majeed Foundation, a Rawalpindi-based nonprofit supporting activities with social impact, is looking for a Marketing Manager. The role strengthens communications and outreach, builds awareness of the foundation's work and engages supporters and community audiences, including expanding commercial aspects and nutrition outreach programs. It suits a collaborative marketer who combines planning, content development and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns that raise awareness of the foundation and its initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate content for digital channels, print materials and other outreach activities.
• Maintain a consistent organizational voice and ensure communications are accurate and appropriate for target audiences.
• Work with internal teams to gather program updates, stories and materials for public-facing communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate marketing schedules, budgets, vendors and campaign deliverables as required.
• Identify opportunities to expand community engagement and strengthen supporter relationships.

Required profile

• Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
• Strong written communication, editing and content development skills for varied audiences and channels.
• Ability to develop clear messaging and keep a consistent brand voice.
• Strong project coordination, prioritization and attention to detail across concurrent activities.
• Collaborative approach, sound judgment and interest in communicating social impact.

Required skills

• Digital marketing, social media and email communications.
• Basic campaign analytics and ability to interpret engagement data and prepare concise reports.
• Proficiency with common office and presentation tools; familiarity with design or content management tools is an advantage.
