Architect & 3D Visualizer (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Architect & 3D Visualizer on a contract basis to join our design team. The role can be performed on‑site in Lahore or remotely, offering flexibility while contributing to residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans and 2D drawings aligned with client requirements and local building regulations.
• Create detailed 3D models, renderings, elevations, and walkthroughs to visualise design concepts.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery of design solutions.
• Maintain compliance with society by‑laws and construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of society by‑laws and building regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional experience in a similar architectural or visualization role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and client coordination abilities.
• Creative problem‑solving skills.
