Area Manager – Gujranwala Region

About the role

PMI is seeking an energetic Area Manager for the Gujranwala region. You will drive sales and distribution growth by analysing market conditions, coordinating with third‑party partners and implementing strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to meet shipment, in‑market and secondary sales targets.
• Implement the distribution strategy, ensuring coverage, hit‑rate and call frequency KPIs are achieved.
• Mentor distributors and DSRs on incentive programmes, ICM implementation and performance improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade partners, identify high‑potential POS and support RSM in contractual negotiations.
• Lead third‑party merchandising teams and oversee POS material maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with PMI policies, local laws and marketing codes.
• Collect and update market intelligence, retail dynamics and competitor insights.

Required profile

• BBA degree from a reputable institute.
• 3‑5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.
