Area Sales Manager – Insurance Sector

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Karachi for Efu hemayah takaful. You will be responsible for driving growth, building client relationships, and guiding a team of sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the assigned area.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
• Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients and prospects.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and projections.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience is a plus, but a strong interest and aptitude for a sales career are essential.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and devise strategic plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel within the area for client meetings and events.
