Assistant Admin Officer

About the role

Future Care Consultants, an Australian‑based international education consultancy, is seeking a motivated Assistant Admin Officer for its Islamabad office. The role focuses on supporting students through communication, basic counselling, and a range of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and online meetings.
• Provide basic information on courses, admissions and study options.
• Prepare, organise and maintain student documents and records.
• Handle email correspondence with students and internal team members.
• Update CRM and other admin systems with accurate student data.
• Assist the team with daily office and administrative duties.
• Deliver courteous customer service and follow‑up support.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Professional attitude with high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, reliable and organised personality.
• Previous experience in administration, education consultancy or student support is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in Excel.
