Assistant Manager, Account Management

About the role

As an Assistant Manager in Account Management at foodpanda, you will be the primary liaison for the city‑wide key vendor accounts that generate the highest order volume and revenue. You will drive growth, maintain strong relationships, and ensure commercial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for all key client accounts across the city.
• Develop and maintain trustworthy relationships with key accounts, identifying needs and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and maximize profitability.
• Own month‑on‑month growth for assigned accounts and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on commercial, operational, and product metrics.
• Forecast sales, track key account metrics, and design exclusive marketing and co‑branding campaigns.
• Support cross‑functional teams by sharing insights, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account or vendor management.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to lead independent projects.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and data‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google Workspace equivalents.
• Solid understanding of the internet and e‑commerce sector.
