Assistant Manager Business Planning

About the role

The Assistant Manager Business Planning will support the Marketing department in shaping both short‑term and long‑term strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. This role ensures strategic plans are executed, monitors key projects, and provides analytical support for commercial forecasting and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and aligning short‑term and long‑term marketing strategies with corporate goals.
• Monitor implementation of the marketing strategy and track progress of key projects.
• Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts and budgets for regional and headquarters commercial teams.
• Support business strategy execution, including identification of new market segments and analysis of existing ones.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and help define road‑maps for future initiatives.
• Track yearly and quarterly plans for the Commercial Department and its marketing segments.
• Plan and follow up on special and strategic projects, linking them to annual budget targets.
• Respond to high‑level management queries and assist in the preparation of executive presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in business or marketing planning.
• Strong leadership, analytical ability and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
