About the role
Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturing company in DHA Phase 2, Karachi, is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to oversee daily financial operations and support strategic financial planning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, and financial analysis.
- Monitor expenses, identify variances, and provide financial insights to management.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP or accounting software.
