Assistant Manager – HR Analytics & Process Excellence

About the role

The Assistant Manager – HR Analytics & Process Excellence will support HR service initiatives, drive data‑focused improvements, and act as a bridge between stakeholders and technology solutions. You will analyze HR processes, provide actionable insights, and help shape the strategic direction of the HR Services Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR services initiatives to improve processes and outcomes.
• Assist business objectives for the HR Services Unit through data analytics.
• Provide analytics for process improvement and performance check‑ins across functions.
• Research, design, and monitor implementation of HR projects and processes.
• Analyze and re‑engineer HR processes for efficiency.
• Oversee HR technology needs and propose functional solutions.
• Perform trend analysis and present insights to stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between HCM users, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage resources and priorities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and tutorials.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in HR operations, business analysis, or HR application implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and organizational dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Grace under pressure and a proactive, challenge‑seeking attitude.
