About the role
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager HR to lead end‑to‑end recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding while supporting key HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from requisition to offer issuance, using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities, prepare appointment letters, and ensure smooth joining processes with relevant departments.
- Handle employee separations, conduct exit formalities, and process full and final settlements in line with company policy and labour law.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee records, and produce periodic HR reports and dashboards.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with onboarding, HR operations, and employee separation procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms.
