Assistant Manager, IT PMO

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our IT Project Management Office (PMO) to lead end‑to‑end AI and enterprise integration projects. The role blends technical understanding, client coordination, project execution, and vendor management to deliver solutions from scoping through production rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and requirement gathering with clients.
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal IT, operations teams and external vendors.
• Build and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, and trackers.
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and customer‑success teams.
• Conduct client meetings, provide project updates, manage escalations and follow‑ups.
• Support AI, API, cloud, and enterprise system integrations.
• Track risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate post‑go‑live support and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Client‑facing confidence with a problem‑solving, execution‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Understanding of APIs, REST APIs & Webhooks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of networking and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations.
• Exposure to contact‑center technologies such as Genesys or Five9.
• Experience with CRM and SaaS integrations.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
