Head of Delivery – Systems Integration & Cybersecurity

About the role

The Head of Delivery leads end‑to‑end technical delivery of systems integration, cybersecurity and managed services for enterprise, financial‑services and public‑sector customers across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of SI, cybersecurity and managed‑services portfolios, ensuring solution integrity and customer acceptance.
• Act as senior technical authority for all SI engagements, validating design, managing scope, schedule, quality, risk and revenue recognition.
• Build and lead a certified, multi‑vendor delivery practice, recruiting and developing engineers according to an approved hiring plan.
• Lead resolution of complex technical escalations and represent the company in critical customer interventions.
• Manage delivery cost, engineer utilisation, partner professional‑services spend and margin across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience, with at least 5 years leading multi‑disciplinary technical teams of 15+ engineers.
• Proven track record building, developing and retaining technical teams while delivering complex multi‑vendor integration programmes to formal acceptance.
• Experience owning managed‑services or post‑implementation support engagements governed by contractual SLAs and penalty risk.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in enterprise networking, data‑centre infrastructure, compute, storage, backup and network security.
• Technical certifications such as CCIE, HCIE (or equivalent); CISSP or similar security credential is a plus.
• Knowledge of virtualization, SDN/SD‑WAN, GPU‑capable infrastructure and air‑gapped backup solutions.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and security certifications (ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, State Bank of Pakistan regulations).
• Experience with SecOps technologies including SIEM, SOAR, VAPT, IAM/PAM and micro‑segmentation.
