Assistant Manager - Organizational Development

About the role

KK Networks (Pvt.) Ltd., a PTA-licensed ISP and ICT solutions provider operating across 14 telecom regions and headquartered in Lahore, is looking for an Assistant Manager - OD to help build a strong culture, strengthen policies and support employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of training, engagement and development programs
• Develop, update and communicate HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Partner with teams so policies are understood and applied fairly
• Contribute to performance management, succession planning and change initiatives
• Help drive projects that improve culture, teamwork and organizational effectiveness

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience in HR/OD or talent management
• Familiarity with policy development, compliance and HR best practices
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a growth mindset and the ability to influence positively
