Assistant Manager Sales – Onsite in Karachi

About the role

The Assistant Manager Sales will lead key account management and business development initiatives for our B2B portfolio in Karachi. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across office furniture, commercial interiors, fit‑out solutions and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with corporate clients, consultants, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market presence and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members, enhancing their performance and productivity.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate high‑value contracts and oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Produce sales forecasts, performance reports and business updates for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in office furniture, commercial interiors, fit‑out solutions or construction.
• Proven track record in managing key accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and competitor activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
