Assistant Manager Solutions & Project Management

About the role

The Assistant Manager Solutions & Project Management will lead end‑to‑end delivery of Enterprise Service Solutions (ESS) across the region. The role combines pre‑sales, project coordination, and post‑deployment support to ensure seamless implementation for corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive pre‑sales activities for fixed‑line and wireless ESS products such as DIA, DPLC, PRI, SIP, SD‑WAN, CBS, PSIP, BVM, M2M, and PTT.
• Handle IBS‑related complaints (COW, micro‑sites, repeaters) and coordinate deployment with internal teams.
• Support corporate sales in closing deals, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and answering client queries.
• Conduct quarterly revenue and service analysis with the Corporate Business Support Center (CBSC) and Business Intelligence teams.
• Participate in mega projects and RFP processes, identifying customer needs and shaping customized solutions.
• Provide in‑sales support, lead demos and road‑show activities, and ensure successful pilot installations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (RCBS, FOPs, P&I, NSS, IT, RA) to deliver projects on schedule and monitor network performance for corporate clients.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and hardware delivery for ESS products, and prepare weekly progress and profitability reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pre‑sales and end‑to‑end delivery of telecom solutions.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to meet project timelines.
• Analytical mindset for revenue, service, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with corporate customers and internal support teams.
