Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead bulk hiring initiatives for customer service roles, partnering with branding, operations, and department heads to attract and retain qualified candidates. This position plays a strategic part in shaping recruitment processes and ensuring staffing targets are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for large‑scale hiring campaigns, especially for Customer Service Executives.
• Develop and execute media strategies and employment advertising in collaboration with the branding team.
• Set recruitment budgets with department heads and design competitive compensation packages.
• Travel to recruitment events, conduct on‑site interviews, and represent the organization at open houses and tours.
• Create interview tools, recruitment materials, and tracking systems to evaluate candidate quality and turnover.
• Analyze employee performance and demographic data to identify trends and forecast future hiring needs.
• Maintain relationships with internal operations teams and external referral networks to support ongoing staffing plans.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, applicant flow, and budget adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience leading recruitment, including bulk hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight timelines, and deliver results.
• Leadership qualities with a team‑player mindset.
