About the role
The Assistant Manager Tax will work on client engagements to develop tax solutions, provide advice, and deliver compliance services for corporate and individual clients across various industries.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver top‑class tax services to a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Correspond with Revenue authorities and clients on tax affairs.
- Research and draft detailed technical tax memorandums.
- Represent clients before FBR and provincial revenue authorities during assessments, audits and tax proceedings.
- Monitor changes in tax laws, Finance Acts and regulatory requirements and communicate impacts to clients.
Required profile
- CA qualified / part‑qualified, ACCA, ICMA, MBA Finance or related qualification.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in direct tax, indirect tax or both, preferably in a tax consultancy firm.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws and regulations (Income Tax Ordinance, Sales Tax Acts, etc.).
- Experience in tax compliance, tax planning and tax advisory projects.
