Assistant Professor – Healthcare Management (PhD)

About the role
Riphah School of Business & Management is looking for a passionate, research‑oriented academic to join its faculty as an Assistant Professor in Healthcare Management. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, research and the development of future healthcare leaders at the Lahore campus.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in Healthcare Management and related subjects.
- Conduct high‑quality research and publish findings in HEC‑recognized and internationally indexed journals.
- Participate in curriculum design, academic committees and departmental activities.
Required profile
- PhD in Healthcare Management, Health Services Management, Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration or a closely related discipline from an HEC‑recognized university.
- Demonstrated strong teaching and research portfolio.
- Publications in HEC‑recognized and internationally indexed journals (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry and academic experience considered an advantage.
