Assistant Sales Manager – Islamabad/Rawalpindi

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to expand our doctor network for a fast‑growing e‑consultation platform in Pakistan. Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, you will drive sales activities, build relationships with healthcare professionals and help achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close sales calls for existing and potential leads.
• Conduct daily market visits to meet healthcare professionals and schedule product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with medical and administrative staff.
• Maintain detailed records of contacts, meetings and generate reports.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, develop solutions and present recommendations to management.
• Analyze and follow leads using CRM tools.
• Manage collection cycles by setting weekly priorities and meeting recovery targets.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in Pakistan (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel daily for market visits.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports.
